Return & Refund Policy

At Vitality Alchemy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products and for safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on consumable items, including herbal teas and other ingestible products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vitalityalchemyshop@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Consumable Items

Unused, unopened non-consumable items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
