Order Acceptance

By placing an order through Vitality Alchemy, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Order Changes

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at vitalityalchemyshop@gmail.com.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly after purchase by contacting us at vitalityalchemyshop@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription Orders

If subscription products are offered, customers may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through their account settings or by contacting us before the next billing date.

Cancellation of a subscription will not affect orders that have already been processed or charged.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Consumable Products

Due to health, safety, and quality-control considerations, consumable products, including herbal teas and other ingestible items, cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun and are generally not eligible for return after delivery.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, pricing errors, or violations of our Terms of Service.
